Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

I just want to say for the Dollar Tree location on Highway 74 in Indian Trail, NC. LATOYA-the cashier this morning was very patient and very kind to my daughter buying her two toys with her own money. She helped her not only count her money, but she properly showed her how the process works with paying in cash and giving the right amount of money back. She is one of the kindest staff members. Thank you Latoya for your blissful customer service and such a positive experience for my daughter. 5 STARS.

Store 10442 The 25% increase the shrinking packages. The actual cost with the 25% is more like $1.37 for each item then let’s speak about the actual products. They are poor knock offs that are packaged so closely to resemble the originals. Items that still had a good sell by date were stale, tasted terrible and some the oil in them were so rancid that they were inedible. Then what can I say about the Customer Service? I called back first I was told there’s no manager then I was told he’d be there later around 5 PM. Then I asked if there was someone else I could speak to like an assistant manager, I was grilled and grilled as to what was the reason and when I pushed back, they hung up on me three times. So this is what we’re supposed to accept 25% increase, poor quality products, food shrinkage, majority of items above 1:25 and poor Customer customer service.

I’m a big fan of the new cashier, Essie. She’s incredibly friendly and polite, always greeting me warmly whenever I enter the store. There’s also another young black woman named Cookie who works on the floor. The store is exceptionally well-organized, clean, and welcoming. The customer service here is top-notch, which is why I make it a point to shop here every time.

I buy a lot of dollar tree items. Here are a few that I find to be quality products even at the 1.25 to 1.50 price. I like the toilet paper. Scott brand, I bought the marie claire mascara and setting powder both are as good as more expensive brands. Kotex U feminine pads are excellent. Several of the food items are good. Fast fixins sandwiches are good. Some of the other items are mediocre at best and at 4.00 and 5.00 are overpriced. The frozen cheese sticks are good but overpriced. I cannot recall the name brand. I have purchased hair care products that are not quality. Shampoo and conditioner V05 brand are not good quality. The hair dye/ color is mediocre but not enough in one box if you have thick hair and it doesn't come with conditioner. Still, at 1.25 it will work in a pinch.

The service at Dollar Tree St. Vital is good. Some of the staff are helpful and respectful. Others have attitudes that can be improved. The actual products are affordable espècially is today’s market.

Vacationing in Maine, I had the occasion of visiting Store #4036, had some trouble finding an item and Kristopher walked me all the way to the back of the store to find it. That's great service and I promised Kristopher that I'd leave him a good review. I always keep my promises. And, yes, I'd love a gift card for my time to write this very true review!

good store for small items like gargabe bags...candies...etc

Don't fall for a fake prostitute dress dressed as a undercover deputy. I learned that the hard way and I won't do that again 😔. Don't be a victim like me. Use caution and ask questions before you engage with them.
