Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

This is and always has been one of my favorite places to shop for home and garden as well as home goods and the little products that they surprise you with...for a while back at the middle part of last year you could walk in and never see anything you were looking for , most of the time they wouldn't have anything as far as product on the shelf, they were always empty...now however at the Covington Tn, they have perfect customer service and their shelves are always stocked and they also keep all the clutter up outta the way....they dont let you walk around looking for something they will actually come help you find whatever you may be looking for.....ź

The cashier on duty at the Dollar Tree, located on South Wood Drive, on 08/23/2026 at approximately 1:00 pm was extremely helpful and courteous. One of the best experiences that I've had there. I can't remember his name though. HE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER! Please give him my Sincere Thanks. Thank You

The store was clean and well stocked with different merchandise. Patty waited on us at checkout. She was fun and made me feel like we were important. She smiled and laughed with us. It is good to feel our business is appreciated.

I would like to start by thanking Penny and the gentleman working today during our visit. They did their best to help us and were very kind. As for the other three women (one is a manager) working, we were shocked at how badly we were treated. These women were out front smoking today and last week when we visited. They clearly had no interest in helping us. They were argumentative, extremely rude, and made us feel very uncomfortable once they finally finished their cigarette and came into the store. Our goal was simply to order a product to be delivered to the store for pick up. I really hope they are identified and fired as they are not a positive representation of Dollar Tree. We will not be shopping at this store (Arvada, 80004) going forward.

A Veteran Harassed Over Spare Change — Shame on This Dollar Tree 3428 William Penn Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA. I am a veteran and a paying customer, and what happened at the Wilkins Township Dollar Tree was completely unacceptable. I spent over $20 on merchandise, walked toward the $0.75 bubblegum machine, and asked the cashier for change. She told me she could give me change — simple, routine customer service. When I returned to buy additional items, the manager suddenly decided to harass me. No explanation. No professionalism. Just disrespect aimed at a customer who had already spent money in their store. This wasn’t confusion — it was targeted, unnecessary harassment. And it’s exactly why I will gladly drive 100 miles to another Dollar Tree before I ever step foot in the Wilkins Township location again. Dollar Tree corporate needs to take a serious look at the management behavior at this store

I find this chain of dollar stores much better than other competitors. They have a wider selection and prices are often lower. However , they are not sticking to their founding principle of dollar tree with most items should be one dollar. They often have friendly helpful staff. Perhaps they can try to reduce prices back to 1 dollar for most items?

Old man winter Juff the manager of the Belvidere rd Waukegan IL is such a miserable person! He's just angry that he's old at a dead end job and he won't be on the planet for long. Now I wouldn't have said any of these things if on August 8th at 500 p.m he told me nastily that I couldn't use the dividers even though their was a lot of people behind me with items! He then snatched the divider from my hand! I come here everyday to spend good money on the dollar tree there. I buy a lot of merchandise there. I spend most of my grocery and toiletry money there! He told me flippantly that I come here everyday! He acts as if black women spending money there is a problem! Doesn't dollar tree want more loyal and paying customers?! He was very irrating and aweful. I don't want to fully give up on Dollar tree but I believe that I have to! Maybe Family dollar or dollar general would be better?! Someone needs to fire him and I say this because he is always rude to women but especially black women. He discourages women and minority women customers from spending their money there. He always has a grinch attitude! He should get fired or forced to quit because his attitude is costing dollar tree thousand of dollars! I have spent hundreds if not thousands there and I won't spend a dime their anymore since hes there disturbing the place!
