They are a disgrace - you have to sign up with a nonrefundable auto-renew. They know that their service has only limited use and doesn't work for most people since the deals require extreme flexibility when booking. Most people realize that this doesn't work, forget to cancel and then are stuck with the auto-renewal fee. Utterly unethical. The auto-renew itself isn't the issue - the non-refundable is: Any customer friendly company would allow cancellation of an unwanted auto-renew and refund a pro-rated amount.

On Monday, Feb 27, I noticed that on Friday Feb 24th my account was charged for a full-year membership that I did not want. I immediately contacted them and requested a cancelation and a refund of the payment. I was told they would not give me a refund. After pressing and explaining my situation, I was given a refund. This moved my original 1 star to 3 stars. Thank you.

I was charged for a subscription I never signed up for. No email or anything from them until I was charged and they would not refund the money. This should be illegal to charge you for a service you never wanted or used. Scam artisits!!

I joined Dollar Flight Club a few months ago and they notified me of great deals between Toronto and Nashville (a notoriously expensive airport). I probably saved $200 by booking NOW--one way--for this summer!

Two hours ago, I purchased a Premium Plus+ lifetime subscription. In setting up my new account, the Premium Plus+ subscription I purchased was only being reflected as a Premium level account. In reviewing other's comments as I weighed my purchase decision, this error was an issue noted in several reviews. My comfort (and why I purchased) was that those customers reached out and shared the DFC customer service team corrected the issue for their accounts. With that said, I reached out for assistance to correct this and ensure my account was recognized as what I purchased ... Premium Plus+ Lifetime. With my short email message, I attached a copy of today's purchase receipt. The system-generated reply said I should expect a reply with 48 hours. To my shock, less than an hour later I received an email reply from Melanie who said she took care of the problem and upgraded my account to Premium Plus+ Lifetime. While I've yet to use the service, giving five (5) stars to reflect how they exceeded my expectations and were responsive with a prompt acknowledgement and resolution of my issue. We'll see how they do later when it's time to actually book a flight! For now, always happy when folks get the easy stuff right!

If I could give them a zero I would. On the renewal date, they charged our credit card 14 times. The bank caught it; but had to reissue the card. Stay away from this company.

I’ve been watching flights from dollar flight club for a while and finally did it. We booked a trip to London for this March! We saved about $500 per person!
