Like most other reviews, I experienced the same. I was billed 100$ for an annual membership, and neglected a refund. I swore to god i even cancelled my subscription, but apperently not. Costly Mistake... But, after some back and forth they gave me a refund after all! In my case, the customer support were really helpful

Here I am, creating an account in Trustpilot explicitly so I can hit these guys with one star. Scammy practices by setting you up with a really pricy subscription that they “can’t refund” even though I haven’t used the service. Beware, bad practices. Red flag.

Using DFC, I was able to get a ticket to LA for under $200. I tell everyone who loves to travel about DFC and can't wait to book my text trip!

I purchased a 'lifetime' membership of their Concierge service in April 2024 ($199) and submitted an itinerary request which is part of what I was told I'd receive each year (one fully planned itinerary each year). Low and behold, this month I get an email from them they are discontinuing the service and I should join another service, called Lalya for 6 months of premium service and a 50% discount off the annual fee for life (there's that 'life' word again, but it's not lifetime, just each year I'd have to pay again for the benefit). I've already paid out $199 for NOTHING and when I requested a refund, or at least the darn itinerary I was told "Our lifetime service is guaranteed so long as we offer the service, unfortunately due to business demands we aren't able to accommodate the service any longer. We are unable to process refunds for the service. However, we are committed to ensuring that you make the most out of your new benefits with Layla.ai." I certainly won't be joining ANY service DFC recommends because they cannot even take care of their current customers. Shame on them!

I used a referral or maybe an advertisement from a news type email to get a trial for $1. Apparently the term was only 2 weeks. The trial just ended, I was charged $99 for one year, and I requested a refund. They refused and claimed that they send a welcome email at sign up. That did not happen. And there was no communication that I was about to end the trial and be charged. I advise not to enter a trial with DFC. Now a week after their reply inviting me to email the support team, and I wrote on 9/19, I have no response from them. I don’t feel appreciated as a customer

I just booked a flight to Latvia/Riga because i couldn't believe the price. 50 bucks round trip, I'm amazed and will use their services every time I can. Can't wait!

I was billed 299 for a lifetime membership to Concierge service, never had a chance to use it, and then they canceled the service and offered to sell me service from some other company at additional cost, and tried to frame it as a perk! NO REFUND. WTeF?! Is this how DFC does business? Is this how they treat their customers?

I saved $200 for my PHX to LAX flight even while receiving an upgraded class of service that while not really needed for the short flight, made it fun to have a reminder experience of how the other half of Americans travel. For about an hour I can play along with indulging in classy comforts, but only an hour, I wouldn't want to feel too comfortable that I might spoil myself into believing I NEED that level of service. Thank you Dollar Flight Club for the opportunity to have a little extra fun on this trip!
