Worst service ever. No real discounts or deals. And on top of it, worst customer service. I have similar issue what most of reviews here, I had the trial for a year and haven’t used it a once and I thought I wouldn’t renew it. However, they never send me any renewal notice and I was charged for full year subscription. When I send the email in two days, they showed no respect and completely refused to refund. Be careful of these scammers. They say they are the startup company but completely lack respect of consumers and their time. Once they have your money, they’ll disappear.

I signed up for free and apparently with no notice except when I saw my credit card was charged and they refused to refund with I called in three-four days after posting to my account and they "REFUSED" a refund to me. I don't use discount travel services and am really upset with thier response. They said they would un-enroll me on July 1 , 2025. They say they have a notice on the initial signup, however that was over a year ago that the didn't notify me before my renewal was charged. BE VERY CAREFUL. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE OUTLAWED ON ALL WEBSITES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once DFC makes me aware of a special fare I jumped online and booked, AND SAVED MONEY!!! Had I booked earlier it would have cost me over $100 more.

Using Dollar Flight Club, my fiance and I saved over $400 each on our flights to Paris, when previously we were thinking we would not be able to go on a summer trip! We are so grateful and recommend DFC to everyone we know!

They charged me with a almost a 100 euro fee. So I was planning on making an account and then I change my mind and I left the "create your account" thing. The problem happened when I started to get emails of spam form this company and then suddenly got a new almost 100euro fee. I went to try to see if I could do something and then I finally found out that they don't give you refunds. These people just really want to steal you money. They send you an email and if you don't answer it you get automatically the most expensive plan that they can charge you. This is so bad for a company that depends on they reputation. Such a bunch of stealers.
