Useless customer support. Obvious scam that I'm glad I deleted before they took more than $1 from me. Just use Google Flights tracker. Just give me someone other than Bryant, I refuse to use this service unless I am helped.

Dollar Flight Club's business model seems to be offer a minimal cost membership for 1-year, send out notices regularly, then after 1 year charge $99 to the credit card when the memory of signing up has faded. The notices didn't offer me anything justifying a $99 cost. The renewal notification just says "thank you for being a club member," and unless you read past the title you don't see that it is not actually a thanks email, it is actually a renewal notification, but nowhere is there any mention of renewal cost. So it is easily overlooked. You only find out the cost when you get your credit card bill. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I won't be fooled twice. You've got to admire them for finding a way of getting money from people who wouldn't give it if DFC were more transparent.

Saved around $550 per ticket to St Lucia with DFC. I wasn't necessarily planning a trip there, but when I saw I could get tickets for a family of four for less than $850 total, I couldn't pass it up!

This company will reel you in with an offer of free membership or $1 for the year. You then don't use the service because it's no cheaper than going directly to the airline or any other agency, so you forget about it. You'll get many emails from them, so you become numb to them. They will send you an email with the subject line "Thank you for being a Dollar Flight Club member..." which of course doesn't scream "Your renewal is due soon". It's a very sly and naughty sales tactic. I have spoken to Bryan who pointblank refuses to issue a refund despite explaining I can't afford this payment. So yeah, avoid this company at all cost as they only care about profits and not customer satisfaction.

Signed up for a $1 for 1 yr subscription since we are avid travelers. The multiple flights sent over the year weren’t any better than ones we found from other free websites. Then the autorenewal came up without any pre- cancellation notice for the company. No ability to refund etc. Only notice was a credit card fraud alert from my bank- which I should have seen as a red flag! Not a legit business model- don’t sign up

This was supposed to be ninety dollars a year. They charged me one hundred forty dollars in September. I contacted them and assumed it was fixed. Today they charged me another one hundred forty dollars. It is November. Two charges in two months for a subscription I cancelled. Now I am traveling internationally and it is almost impossible to call my credit card provider to dispute the charge. Dollar Flight Club has ignored my cancellation and taken money I did not authorize. The service itself did not offer anything I could not find through a simple Google search or with ChatGPT. No real value. No real deals. Just recycled information. This feels like a company that counts on people not fighting back. Please do not give them your credit card information. I regret trusting them with mine.

After subscribing, I attempted to use the service a few times. Prices were not better than I could do for myself. I thought that I had cancelled, but apparently, I did not because they charged me $99 for a renewal year and would not give me a refund, but would only cancel me at the end of another year. Not worth your time, effort or money.

it’s an honest company. i accidentally had my subscription renew and despite the refund policy Heinz was very understanding and accommodated me with a full refund. when the situation calls for it i will happily return as a customer.
