Got sent an email alert from newark to austin. Snagged the cheap flight and booked a return from dallas to newark. The pricing was exactly as described in their newsletter.

Never used the service. Now I am out of $100 at the worst time of my life. I just got out of treatment for cancer and have a lot of bills. This business is showing no mercy at all. Proof was given of my bills and illness. On top of everything else I never received the renewal invoice from this company.

Using DFC, I was able to get over $400 off of my ticket to Athens. I’m super grateful and I can't wait for my upcoming trip!

Automatically renewed with no emails to let me know of upcoming renewal. Have asked for a refund but they are refusing to issue one, despite me declining their multiple offers to extend my membership.

Refused to refund an automatic renewal I didn’t want for a useless service.
