Was planning to buy 3 pairs of shoes online with their discount code before the sale ends but when I tried to check out somehow free shipping was not applied even though my total was well over what they stated is required on their website. Called customer service the next day and they said that free shipping is considered a discount code and therefore cannot be combined with other discounts, but that if I did submit the order yesterday and called them they could've refunded shipping to me. How would I have known this??? Representative sounded like they don't care and just kept saying there's nothing they can do then. Now the discount code has expired and I lost the discount because I wasn't smart enough to know I should've submitted the order anyway in that situation. Extremely stupid and super unhelpful representative who did nothing to help other than repeating the same line with complete indifference.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered two pairs of heels. Was given one order number so assumed they were shipping together but only one pair was delivered. When I went to their website for tracking it didn’t recognize my email or phone number so I used the chat option to talk to customer service, but they also couldn’t find my order by name, email, phone. I wish I’d known I could order these from Amazon and skip all of this frustration.

The item took a long time to arrive, when it finally did, it did not suit me and the neck was too tight. I requested to return it. I was told if there is not a fault with the dress you cannot get a refund. You can exchange or buy something else. As there is a size guide. How do you ever know if a dress will look right on you until you try it on. Please be aware of this policy!

As other people have mentioned, I wish I could give this company zero stars for their atrocious customer service. I never received my order and was told they were opening an investigation with the delivery company that would take up to 3 weeks to resolve. Three weeks passes and no resolution. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The “customer satisfaction team” does absolutely nothing to satisfy customers. They are dismissive, uncommunicative, and unhelpful. I have honestly never experienced anything close to the awfulness of this customer service experience.

If I could leave 0 stars I would and I have honestly never had such a poor experience with a brand in my life. I landed up contacting my bank after my product didn’t arrive, and not only did they initially refuse to refund me saying it was ‘final sale’ when it wasn’t, when they finally agreed to refund me, they said they would take a £15 return fee (for an item that never arrived that I therefore could not send back). Absolutely appalling! When contacting them via a chat, several people reply at once with generic names and they all give completely different answers so you get absolutely no where. I wasted hours trying to sort it, and when they eventually agreed to refund me within 1-3 days, I waited a month for a refund which was only issued once I threatened to take it further. Avoid this company like the plague.

I bought a pair of boots from them and have literally worn them twice and the stitching started to come apart. I took them to the cobbler and he said that nothing could be done as the material is synthetic and very thin and poor quality. It's a shame because they have nice styles of shoes but the quality is definitely subpar. I also contacted customer service and they were of no help at all. I will never buy from them again as they don't stand by their products
