Easy to use and trustworthy
What a great website, easy to use and trustworthy pet sitters. Good communications from and through the site. No hidden costs or bothersome junkmail. Highly recommended and will use again.

owner had a job and was dressed to leave when I got there with my dog
owner had a job and just left my dog at home with other dogs, she is only 5 lbs and there were safety issues. I could have just left my dog at my apt when I worked and she would have probably been safer.

Please know that we do ask our Hosts to be completely transparent on their profiles about their job situations and whether or not they can offer 24/7 supervision. There is an option on their profiles that will state whether or not they offer this type of supervision. If you are ever looking into requesting a reservation with a Host and you know that your pup requires 24/7 supervision, be sure to check the Host's profile for this information. With that said, if you ever run into a situation where you find that the Host's profile is inaccurate, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible so we can follow up appropriately. Excellent company!
Dog Vacay has helped me find two sitters, both of whom are kind, sensitive, and loving, to keep my dog when I go out of town.

Veronica made Bauer feel at home in her home and she communicated with us daily.
This was Bauer's 2nd stay and he had another great experience at Veronica's. We appreciated the daily communication and photos. Thank you for taking such great care of our '3rd' child.
