I love my pet sitter and I'm glad to have found the Dogvacay website. I do think that there needs to be some upgrades so that the reservation can be amended. I needed to add a couple of days to my original reservation and, even though it was approved by my pet sitter, I was unable to add the days. A contact to customer service didn't help solve the problem either. But when I opted to pay the sitter directly, Dogvacay was very quick to respond to say we shouldn't handle it that way. Other than this issue, I've been very happy.

I was afraid to leave Dexter with just anyone and then we found Richard and Barbara they are wonderful people and dog sitters. I left Dexter for a week which I never thought about doing and he did great. Dog VaCay is always there if you need help so glad I found them.

DogVacay has been a great resource for me, for care of my two beagles. The process of contacting a potential care-giver, interviewing them, and working with them was made much easier by DogVacay. We've used our DogVacay care-giver several times now. Once there even was an emergency while I was away. Our care-giver and DogVacay acted immediately to deal with the issue, and things were quickly resolved. That's only one reason why I give them a five-star rating.

I WAS SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND DOG VACAY AND MS KATHY. MY DOG, GILBERT, HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME, SHE TOOK GREAT CARE OF HIM, AND SENT ME PICS TO SHOW ME. HE RATHER TOOK OVER HER TWO DOGS PLUS ANOTHER DOG THAT WAS ON VACAY WITH HER. (BEING THE ONLY MALE, HE THOUGHT HE WAS "IT") HE EVEN MADE HIMSELF AT HOME IN THE BED.!! I LOVED THE YARD, AND HOW ORGANIZED, THOUGHTFUL, CARING AND YOU COULD JUST TELL SHE HAD A PASSION FOR DOGS, I HAVE TOLD OTHERS WHO SEEMED INTERESTING IN USING YOUR SITE AND MS KATHY.. THANKS FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SITE AND FOR MS KATHY.

I love traveling with my dog and she has a great time too. Only problem, I have to forgo some activities I would enjoy because it is just not dog appropriate. I wanted to go to Kennedy Space center on my way to the Keys. Because of DogVacay I was able to pick a reputable sitter with reviews and pictures and make contact before finalizing arrangements. As a result, my dog had fun and I had fun and peace of mind,

The customer service is great, but the interface, both on the dogsitter and client side of things, is a little clunky. You have to open two or three different dialogues just to set up one booking, and yet another dialogue to see pictures and updates from your dog's stay. If they could consolidate this information more, it would be a lot easier to access and organize.

I love Dogvacay when it comes to helping me find quality pet care. I scored BIG TIME with our latest host, Kim! The only reason I didn't give you 5 Stars is because I REALLY DISLIKE booking a host in advance and having to pay for it at that time. I will not book far in advance for that reason

I am always pleased with the quality of care that Sweetie receives during her stays.
