DogVacayReviews of dogvacay.com

OMG was DogVacay a lifesaver. We had our pet sitter plans blow up right before spring break, but with DogVacay we were able to find someone that could watch Buddy with short notice, We were able to read reviews and see how many return visitors our chosen Dog Sitter has had. And the BEST part was being able to pay right through DogVacay. We didn't have to worry about payment at pick up (which is really helpful if you have an impatient pup!). I have DogVacay bookmarked!!!

I am so happy to have found Lidia and Miguel. They showered our Phoebe with tons of love and attention. The photos and videos were such a joy to get on a daily basis. We will be having Phoebe stay again when we take our trips. Thank you!!

Karlie D was excellent in caring for my dog, Ginger. She kept me informed almost on a daily basis with pictures and a video of Ginger. Ginger looked like she felt right at home. So much so, that I thought she might not want to come home. (she did :) ). I have already told many people of DogVacay and Karlie D.

Heading to Europe and having recently acquired 2 rescue puppies it was important that we had a trusted home for Stella and Ivy to stay at. Shey was great, listening to and following our 'house rules' which were different to the rules for Gabby, her dog. Shey completely respected our requests and the established schedules for the puppies. As a result they quickly settled back into their home routine upon our return. While we were away we received daily updates, photos and videos which were reassuring and informative. We would highly recommend Shey!

There are great dog sitters in this company. I have only had one bad experience with a sitter. Unfortunately they have their sitters pay for insurance that is supposed to cover medical expenses for dogs if they are injured during a stay. When my dog was injured, they did not cover anything. Overall, the sitters they employ are great, but -do not- rely on their insurance.

We had a great experience with Donna--from the pre-meeting to picking up Miner at the end of our trip. She's responsive, kind and connects well with humans AND pooches. Thank you.

Puppy Shack: Anne & Lenora are the best when it comes to pet sitting! They treat your animal like their own. I am so thankful to have found them. My little guy, McQueen, has been left in their care twice now and he was treated like family. I cannot give enough stars and praise for these two people. They are wonderful!

Our pup stayed a little over a week with Wine and had a great time! We got lots of updates while we were away, and our dog came back happy and healthy. We would definitely have her stay with Wine again.
