My dog has diiabetes and she was well cared for and loved each time I left her.

The website is very easy to use and helped us find a pet sitter on short notice a few different times.

DogVacay is easy to use, and easy to research to find exactly what you want, the area you want, and the price you want. The people I've met through this company have been excellent - we found many dog boarders who we would be happy to use, so we now can have back-up boarders as well. It's also easy to see when the person is available, easy to book it, and it's easy to have it paid and booked in advance. We will definitely be using them again, and I highly recommend them!

I love how easy it is to find a sitter nearby that costs the same or less than boarding, with the added benefit of all the love and attention our dog gets. But sometimes I can't tell what it will be like for my dog. I've never had a problem, but I do with there were more reviews sometimes. And I wish the sitters could talk about their "parenting philosophy" with dogs. Ours needs a slightly firm hand, and it can be difficult to figure out which sitters are all love and treats and which ones will tell her no and make her walk next to them. But that's a small complaint for a site we love and will use again and again.

I eventually made a reservation and had a successful experience. BUT not before being assured I had successfuly secured a reservation only to find out after directly contacting the individual that they werent even in town!!! In addition, I was further inconvenienced by the inaccuaracy of the calendar availability indicated available space or open slots where it turns out there was none. Your system needs a great deal of improvement as it cannot be relied upon.

The reservation process was so easy! Our sitter got right back to me, we had a meet and greet, my dog had a great stay. She posted the cutest pictures of my dog and how much fun he had. I've already booked her again!

Thank god I found this site, was tired of paying expensive kennels. I love to travel n its inconvenient for my puppy. Site is amazing and easy to use,i have done 2 bookings so far and booked 2 in future. Keep doing the good work, it would be nice if you dont keep the trust fee even if I cancel within first 24 hours.
