I like the option of browsing the site using the app. And the communication is impeccable. The one time I was waiting for a response dogvacay reached out for me and I got an immediate response. The variety of people offering the service is nice so I am able to choose a person/service who I believe best suits my pup.

I was able to identify the perfect option for dog sitting. The site helped to identify exactly the criteria I used for selection, and gave lots of options. An area for improvement : as a first time user with a first time host, we were both a little confused about exactly how things work - some of the information is buried in the terms and conditions and not addressed in the FAQ.

I found this site quite by accident. I was searching for a vet that offered boarding, but I found this site instead. I am very glad that I did! It is nice knowing that my old dogs are cared for in a loving and warm environment when we travel. I don't have any friends or family near me, so this is a great alternative to traditional boarding.

The family we entrusted to take care of our dogs was wonderful and we will not hesitate to use them again. I very much appreciated the choice that Dag Vacay offers as a large number of families are available through the organization. The bios are very helpful as well as the upfront cost. One of the negatives was having to pay in US dollars but this has now changed and so is much better. I am recommending Dog Vacay to friends.
