The care provided by Annemarie and I will definitely use her again, and continue to use DogVacay. However, I do hope you upgrade your website to make it more user-friendly. It was very fustrating at times .

I have found wonderful pet sitters on this site. I love receiving pictures and texts during my dogs stay. I have been very fortunate to find very kind and caring sitters for my timid dog. Dog Vacay does the screening, and you can see how qualified the sitter is for reassurance.

I love the amount of detail that you can see before contacting a sitter. This is easier than booking airfare or a hotel room!

Our puppy had such a great time at Charlie's Backyard! They are wonderful people and treat our baby as if he was theirs!!

The website is easyto use and my dog sitter is terrific

We hired Katherine from Dog Vacay because we have two pitbulls and we had no one to watch them. One of our dogs is friendly with everyone. The other came from an abusive home and is very leery of new people. We did a meet and greet with Katherine and she got along with both of them just fine. Katherine agreed to stay in our home, so we had to have a little blind faith that she would be a good person and not steal all of the stuff out of our home. We were also nervous leaving them with someone we didn't know, but everything went very smoothly. She sent us photo updates every day and responded to our texts in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use the service again for our dog sitting needs!
