Like most pet owners, our dogs are our family, and putting them in a kennel while w go have fun is not my favorite thing to do. SO I was glad to find DogVacay, and was able to have our two dogs have a s good a vacation as we did. The woman who cared for them was great and caring, with a dog and cat of her own. Her house backed up to the water, so our lab was in heaven, and all the animals played themselves into exhaustion each day. There was no stressful barking surrounding them and no cold concrete floor they had to sleep on. The woman watching them spoiled them by letting them sleep in her bed with her dog, so I'm sure Josie and Cooper thought they'd found Nirvana. Even better, the cost of their vacation was considerably less than if we'd boarded them in a kennel. Thanks DogVacay!

I really like this company. The way they have structured their service is really geared toward the protection of my pet, my home and the employee overseeing both while we are away. I LOVE how they send pictures of our pets so we can see how they are doing. Our pets used to mope and stop eating with other sitters. We realized they were not being taken care of while we were away. That has changed!!! They can't wait for us to leave so they can see Ms. Sarah! I am pretty sure she plays with them more then we do!! Just an overall amazing experience!!! We wont trust anyone else ever again with our pets!!

I had problems with adding a coupon online ad first time customer, I called into customer service and the agent walked me through it.

The dog sitter was fine. But your constant surveys and ads are driving me crazy. If I had realized what you would be subjecting me to, I never would have used your service. PLEASE take me off your mailing list.
