I wish I new of this site years ago. We used it this summer and the experience was great. We are about to use the same sitter thru dogVacay again in October. The sitter was wonderful and our cockers loved being there. The sitter sent us a text every day with photos of the dogs. Later, after we were home for a few days, when we mentioned the sitters name, the dogs would get very excited, showing they loved being there.

The Dogvacy.com phone line customer service representatives are non-empathic, rude, and lack problem solving skills. They would rather lose a customer than try to find a resolution to problems. The response from several representatives was "that's just the way it is and you shouldn't have made an error." The website should not allow double booking, especially for new customers learning how to navigate the website looking for a sitter. This allows over charges to the customer and Dogvacy.com will not refund the double charge, even though your pet could not possibly be at more than one place at a time . Even though you paid for one sitter, they still charge you for the accidental double booking and will not back down. They refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor or manager when trying to problem solve. Poor customer service.

We were concerned about leaving our two small dogs for the weekend, but our concerns were quickly put to rest when we met Jamie and her husband. The care received from them along with the great doggy companions was perfect. We highly recommend 'Paws A Playin'!

We booked through DogVacay and left our dog with Stephanie over a long weekend. She loved it. Would definitely use it again!
