DogVacay in-home pet sitting care is just awesome. Harley gets to stay in his own house, play in his own back yard and lounge around with Brian and Samantha. They send me updates on how he is doing. We've been using dogvacay for over 6 years now for our 2 cocker spaniel babies. We've had different "families" over the years, and they have all been incredibly wonderful with our pups, taking great care of them, letting them join the family, and even sending photos to update us on their stay. I am thrilled to have this service available for our pups and can go on vacation without worrying and without having to leave them in a kennel with little attention or care. The cost is basically equal to that of any kennel/daycare and you can find a host family simply by entering your zip code and setting up a meet and greet. I have told all my friends and family about it, it's a godsend!

I have never left my 10 year old pet with anyone other than family members and now was in a position to have to board him for 9 days which I did not want to do. I met Rick and Mary through DogVacay and have slowly left my dog with them various times to get him ready for the large 9 day stay that is coming. The second time that I took him there, when we got to the front door, he was wagging his tail. That told me everything I needed to know. I am so happy with the love and care that he is getting (love the pics sent), and now I can rest and enjoy my vacation knowing that he will be taken good care of.
