Had an emergency with Hurricane Matthew and had to cancel my reservation last minute. Customer service was great and very helpful. Have always had great sitters for my dog Duke. Highly recommend.

We have a dog with seperation anxiety. Emma is very sweet but we cannot always take her with us. We were in a bind one day, our Emma sitter cancelled at the last minute. I found Dog Vacay online and we contacted Elliot. He is WONDERFUL!! Now we have no worries when we can't bring Emma with us. She will be happily playing with Elliot!! ☺

I did not know what to expect. Although I have a,service dog, my daughter in law does not particularly want dogs with her cats. So to have a safe and friendly alternative when visiting was very good! When I picked her up my dog was so relaxed and happy. Also during her stay I was,sent puctures. How great is that? Thank you#

I've left my Husky Sky with Laura and Jonathan overnight on multiple occasions and also used their services on an emergency basis for day care. I can't say enough wonderful things about their services. Sky loves to be with them and I can always rest assured she is well taken care of and treated as if she was their own. This is a great way to be connected to potential dogsitters. The platform is easy and convenient to use and I love the daily updates. I've been connected to some excellent sitters (and let dogvacay know about the ones who have been less than great). Highly recommend.
