Fast and easy to find the replacement antenna I needed.

Have had my Dogtra for 6 years and just now need to replace the batteries. The website was great in helping me to troubleshoot and order new ones.

Fantastic bark collar. I have a lab who barks her head off at everything. It wasn't a big deal until I moved into a new house with neighbors. There are two little yippy dogs to my right. I am pleased to report that with the bark collar the little yippy dogs can bark until tomorrow and my lab does nothing. She is able to make growling and whining sounds without being corrected and she is not exhibiting any neurotic behaviors the way she would if the collar were randomly correcting. Fantastic product in line with Dogtra's other products.

Great experience, as always.

So far it isn't taking a charge

I needed a replacement part when I was away from home with no real info at all. I was having a hard time online deciding on the proper part for my particular e-collar, so I called the available number and the woman on the phone stuck with it until she found what I needed...it arrived a few days later and was exactly the right part. I've found that the dogtra e-collar is a very effective tool when used properly...we have a very sensitive collie puppy and this doesn't traumatize the little guy at all...but it definitely gets his attention when it matters...I bought it to train him to stay out of the road which I was having no luck with otherwise... he was going to be hurt or killed eventually... Very grateful for this collar...it works.

Easy to find my model and order new batteries and other parts.

I opted to purchase Dogtra replacement batteries for my 300M transmitter and receiver because of the reviews oof other brands. Because of Dogtra's premium price, I would have expected low cost or free shipping. With the shipping the total cost was almost triple the other on line offerings.
