awesome product. absolutly love it and the quality. it was nice to be able to get parts for my 1900s unit. my Belgian Sheppard got a hold of the transmitter and chewed on the antenna. chewed it in half and it still works. the range isnt as far and looks horrible but it still works. I was able to easily go to website and purchase a new antenna for only 15.00 and not have to buy a whole new transmitter. I know a lot of other companies make you buy the whole product again if something happens. always will recommend.

Excellent product and easy to order replacement rechargeable batteries

Excellent service!

Great service, received Pathfinder in less than a week via UPS. I did not a email with tracking number though, no biggy. Talked to service rep twice, once to make sure I was ordering correct product and once to register the product; very courteous and knowledgeable. I've only had the Pathfinder a couple of days and found it very easy to use and understand. It responds as advertised and has been very helpful in controlling my 2 year old that likes to chase bunnies, a couple of "Pops" and she is now happy to come back without further encouragement.

Repair of my doggies collar

Easy purchase process, very happy with their customer service regarding a small hiccup with my order. They resolved the issue over the phone in about 3 minutes and shipped out my product same day.

Great product for training

To high a price and way to high a price on batteries and shipping
