The speed of service is top of the line.. plus I need to know when I hit that button, it’s exactly what it says.. and with this company I feel safe.. I have a dog that has to wear this or he would have to be put down.. he’s not a pet dog nor is he a working dog.. So this is one tool of many, I use to train my dog until we figure out what his deal is.. great company !!

Great product and great service! I have a 1900S and needed longer contact points for my St. Bernard. Ordered and they were shipped the very next morning! Awesome!

Having used Dogtra “Trainer/Beeper” collars over the years, and recently switching the new “Pathfinder”, I have consistently been impressed with the level of quality and durability their products continue to display. I’ve used the 2-dog T&B for the last 8 years – and these units have been caked in mud, submerged in water, and covered in snow – and I have not encountered any issues. These products have kept my dogs safe, and allowed me to truly enjoy my time on the training grounds or when we are in the field chasing game birds. Thanks Dogtra!

I haven't needed any assistance other than ordering different prongs as the standard 5/8 prong wasn't long enough for my growing German Shepherd puppy. Part of the problem may be the collar material being to stiff and thin and the buckle fastener is hard to take off and move and put back in same whole.

They had everything I needed in one stop shopping that was competitive with Amazon prices. Excellent products and fast reliable service!
