Our training collar has been great. Lasted about 12 years. Over that 12 years we have about 4 sets of batteries and now our second charger cord. I guess for using it every day for 12 years, that's not bad. But considering how much we paid I think replacements, at least our first set, might be included? Otherwise great product and would recommend.

I’m a professional dog trainer & I use this company & I recommend this company to every one of my clients along with anyone who asks me questions about training. I think the Dogtra collars help get training across to the dog in the easiest way possible & the remotes make it as simple as possible for the handler. I love how the collars are pretty concealable. Over all 10/10. I’ll be using this company forever & once I start a business of my own I hope to be able to distribute these collars from my facilities. The only suggestion I would have is to take a page from the remote collar brand “Educator”’s book. & that would be to add a light to the collars that the remote can manually turn on & off so when your dog is off leash & it’s starting to get dark then it is easier to see them without having to worry about any other types of light-up collars. But that is literally the only thing I would do differently to the collars. Everything else is perfect. I would be lost without my Dogtra remote collars.

I am a distributor, however, most everyone can get your products online cheaper, (I would have to charge for shipping and tax) , So I send EVERYONE to you for your products, as I am still "selling" them. You are the only one I recommend, and your collars still are the best on the market. I do recommend you not just for your products, but for your excellent Customer Service.
