We apologize for any inconvenience but do to fraud we do have to verify shipping/billing information over the phone when shipping and billing do not match online orders. Our records show that we did attempted to reach out via phone on 3/13/18 and then we emailed you on 3/18/18. Also please be aware that any order placed for USPS First Class has a delivery time of 5-10 days.
