Sorry to leave this but no choice. Arc system new February 2019 receiver Battery bad by June 2019. The arc batteries a very over priced and ( small ) deficient in power reliability Unite used about 7 or 8 hours total and stored in the house. My first dogtra unite lasted many years before the transmitter went out.

While we love our two collars, I am VERY disappointed in the customer service provided by Dogtra. After sending a collar off for it not pairing with the antenna and months going by before we got anywhere, we won’t be purchasing anymore collars. We were quoted about 6 different prices for the work that was done on the collar and yet no one could tell us what was actually replaced or fixed. The manager was very rude as well, and quoted us yet TWO more different prices on the phone for the same work, ranging from $30-68. An explanation of what was wrong with the collar and what was fixed still was never provided. Very disappointed in them and hope to get my collar back soon.

Excellent product and I love that I can order a replacement battery and get it in the mail 2-3 days later

I bought it because of the pager feature. That feature is particularly useful with hearing impaired dogs.

This is our second Dogtra 1900S. Our first one was recommended by our dog trainer as she uses them with her training. We absolutely love it, our dog has the freedom to run and come back when requested :) I wanted to have a second one because I never want to be without one! They are awesome and would highly recommend. This time we bought the cammo collar. Love it!
