Excellent purchasing experience. Had what I needed with a fair price and good shipping speed.

It has been great to use your training collars on our dogs. With the extensions on the prongs, it works fine on our Golden Retrievers and Border Collie. The best part is that once they know the command the “pager” reminder is enough. No need to “zap” them. The down side is in getting replacement batteries. They are not sold locally. It would be great if the stores that sell your Dogtra products sold replacement batteries too.

We ordered the e-collar 1900S. It's taken 3 days of me keeping on eye on our German Shepherd. He was always running out on to the street or running to the neighbor's, but this collar has saved us so much $. Instead of buying an electric dog fence, this collar has broken him of this. He used to run out on the street and viciously bark at neighbors and dogs walking by, but not anymore after buying this amazing collar. I am impressed. I like that there are minimum settings. He responds well to just the minimum.

The first unit I purchased malfunctioned (wouldn't charge) and I had to return it to Cabelas for a replacement (which works fine).

The e collar we have from Dogtra coupled with an excellent trainer who taught how to correctly use it has made a dramatic difference for our dog. He now can walk with us off leash and obeys when we tell him come and stay with us. He is a happier dog and enjoying life more and we love we can give him the freedom he deserves.
