I am a professional dog trainer in Louisiana and have 100% dogtra products for all my e-collar and electronic throwers . Some of my equipment is over ten years old and still working like a charm. I use dogtra everyday in my work and rely on it with total confidence. There service dept is top notch and they make it very easy to get equipment back in and turned around back to customers ASAP! I recommend all my customers go dogtra to satisfy there dog training needs . They are hands down the best on the market in my opinion.

The collar stopped working on the third outing. I called Dogtra customer service, was greeted by a growl. The woman interrogated me about where I bought the collar. Told her through Dogtra direct, supplied the order number and she asked me again where I bought the collar. When we finally agreed that it was a direct sell she asked questions in a very patronizing tone " are you sure it is charged?, have you turned it on? , are you holding the button down for 5 seconds?" This conversation wasn't in a " let's see if I can help you" manner , instead it was more of "do you know what you are doing" tone. Near the end I asked for a refund. I was told no refunds after 30 days regardless of how many times the collar had actually been used. She told me to contact the returns department, ask for an RMA number , and ship back the collar on my dime. I asked if she could transfer me. "No". Then she gave me a number to call. I called hat number , was put on hold, and gave up. Ultimately I was able to get the collar working again thanks to our trainer who took apart the receiver. And who, by the way, had suggested a different manufacturer when we were selecting an e-collar. ridiculous! I should of had a clue when I ordered the collar and was contacted by Dogtra asking why I had a California phone number but a Colorado address??? That should have been a tip off that this was NOT going to be a good experience.

We have 5 Belgian Malinois, 1 Dutch Shepherd and 1 red Doberman Pinscher and the Dogtra is the only thing that helps with keeping them inline. They are learning a vibration warning comes first before we have to turn up the knob of the controller.

works for dogs that swim and everything else....plus the two - dog system is great if you are trying to control a pair of nut jobs like we are.
