Best collar I ever owned

Does what I need doing. Easy to operate and to understand.

I had to have all my on/off switches replaced mutiple times on my collars and transmitter. Dogtra always warranted everything except the shipping to get the defective item to them. I feel the warranty should cover all costs! Product is fine when it works.

Knowledge level is way above average and are willing to supply you with the information needed to make the best product choice. Follow through is quick and efficient. No problems with this company for basic products and parts.

Has been rock solid in it's performance. Well made product. Would highly recommend!

Great quality; great customer service! The Dogtra combo seems very well built and appears like it will stand up to years of abuse. I really like the functionality of the transmitter; seems well thought out and its intuitive to use. This is a VERY powerful unit! Lots of stimulation available. The receiver is small in size and lightweight which is nice for the dog. So far battery life has been great. Two months on both receiver and transmitter before a re-charge is needed. Re-charges are fast too! I would have given it 5 stars but the unit only comes with one length of probe, and I had trouble getting consistent stimulation with the supplied probes. I had Dogtra send me some longer probes and am getting much more consistent stimulation. I think for the price of this unit they could have just included several lengths of probes with the unit from the start.

I send a collar to be fixed. Still waiting to hear from them. Also, I never got my collar back, fix or othewise

Been using our Dogtra collars for years to let our dogs run freely on the beach while retaining control over them, just in case.
