DogtraReviews of dogtra.com

This was the best decision I made on purchasing this collar. I bought a cheaper one initially and it had no effect on my stubborn Bull Mastiff. With this collar, now I have an extremely well behaved dog that will listen to me and can have off leash. I merely have to hold up the control and she will listen (the collar won't even be on her). Highly recommend for stubborn, large breeds. This is my third Bull Mastiff, but first female, and she was a challenge until I purchased this collar.....never needed something like this for my males.

Battery life is not what I expected in the hand held control. Collar battery life satisfactory.

Diogtra did a great job of diagnosing the problem with my collar set and fixing it quickly and at a very reasonable price. My collar set is either 7 or 8 years old making it one of the best values you can find!!!

Great product!

Great products. I've been using the 2500 track and beep for several years and couldn't be happier.

We bought the collar at a annual local outdoor event. They help us pick the proper collar foe our needs. We go to this event every year so if we need replacement battery or accessories they always are very helpful. They even gave me a free cap one year.

Asked about a clip for my remote....got 2 or 3 emails saying we haven't forgot about and are looking into your question. Never got an answer....

Krap! for the price, you think the batteries would last longer then 2 seconds. And when you call the company on there junk batteries they tell you that's the best they can get from china. I tell them really? they then say maybe the 5 batteries I got in my four pack with transmitter unit are defective.... so they send me out 4 new ones!!??? yuup you got it right, 5 bad batteries they say? hmmm. they send me out four! now that's just bad math! and that was with a big argument might I ad. now those batteries wont hold a charge too! surprise surprise! I have spent so much time around my dogs changing and charging these units they have all learned how to be good dogs anyways reguardless of this product working! moral of the story....buy some treats! way cheaper anyway! lol
