Dogtra has excellent products and service (either info requests on the telephone or orders -both of which are responded to promptly, and, in the case of questions, clear, knowledgeable answers). I highly recommend them.

I had a really bad experience with the warranty service. I request informations about the warranty and provided some pictures of my defective 1900 ncp unit. I tought​ that my broken receiver casing was warranty. I've been told to ship it to them for inspection. It ends with a $95.08 invoice plus $36 shipping and fees both way, witch is for sure more than the price of a new receiver. This without the warranty of a new unit. In the worst case scenario I was expecting to pay maybe the half of this amount I wrote them many email to let them know that this was ridiculous and they did nothing at all to help me. I won't buy dogtra products anymore in the future. I will buy from a company that is proud of the products they offer and that provide a better service experience.

Great experience, collar works awesome and has made training so much more simple!

Great service on my issue. The problem was not fixed but I had ne issues with the help to date. I replaced batteries which did not fix the issue but am now mailing the collar back for repair.
