Very disappointed in your lack of customer service. I asked a simple question regarding my Dogtra product. Your lack of response caused me to troubleshoot on my own and ended up buying a $20.00 battery which it turns out, I did not need. If you would have just responded to my request for information, I would have been able to get my Dogtra product working without spending any money unnecessarily. Had you helped me, you would have created a Raving Fan. However, your lack of response has instead caused me to look elsewhere for my future purchases.

I tried a less expensive training collar for my dogs. It lasted less than a month. I have had great experience with my dogtra collars. They work well, are truly water proof, and are reliable, working when I need them most.

My husband and I love our Dogtra systems. They are very effective for paging our dogs. We wish you had a system for 4 dogs with 4 buttons on the remote in order to deal with the dogs individually. Maybe someday??

Researched Ecollars thru hunting dog blogs and kennel owners. The Dogtra beeper Colleen seemed right for my GWP pup Willow. The web site ordering was easy and I look forward to working with the collar.
