Have not received the harness and seat belt we ordered over a month ago. Tracking on website useless since it stopped tracking nearly a month ago as well. Contacted the company by chat and got the runaround. They had no idea where the shipment was or when it might be delivered. I am starting to think the whole thing is a scam. Sounds like they have no control over the shipping process or else they are not planning to deliver the product at all. I hope they are legitimate, but have lost confidence in the company.

i ordered 2 harnesses and it took quite a while for delivery. the harnesses seem to be very well made, however after less than one week of use the buckle on one of the harnesses had a piece break off. am waiting to see how good their lifetime warranty is.

Waste of time and money. Waited over 2 months for three harnesses. Finally, arrived I was excited to get them way to big on my dogs. I used their size charts. No where could I find it said these were made in China because again I would have never ordered these. Tried them on all 3 of my dogs and not one fit. Contacted company and they said since they are personalized they are not eligible for return. Now the personalization is a simple patch that can be removed however, they would be glad to offer me a coupon for 40% off. Hmmm you have sent me 40% off coupons in the vast amount of emails you send out that never update when I could expect my item. This company is a scam do not order from them.

It was great when it first came fit perfect and had his name and my number on the side. I’ve had it for quite a while it’s easy on easy off and machine washable. The problem I have is less that a year ago my 60lb border collie was on a lead in the front yard saw a a dog across the street took off and the ring the lead clips to puked right out. He was lose thank god it happened while I was home. I would definitely buy another if he out grew it But I don’t feel I should have to pay for a new one under these circumstances I know they are guaranteed and would like.a replacement. I have pictures I could send you !

Amazing products. Solid build. Easy to get on and off. Comfortable for the pup. Personalized and colorful. And all of this at an amazing price. I’ve ordered two of the harnesses now as my pup has grown and I can 100% say that they are incredible. Fully recommend and shop with confidence.

They were very helpful when after ordering the harness for my beloved Sadie. My fur baby was put to sleep, after much pain forced me to send her over the Rainbow Bridge. I was granted a refund for the harness that I could no longer use. I want to personally thank these wonderful people for being so sympathetic to my situation. Should I adopt another baby, I will certainly do business with them again.

Buyer beware!! We ordered a harness on May 16 and after almost two weeks with no delivery, contacted the company to check the status. According to the tracking information provided by the company, the harness was at Customs on May 19 and is still there. BUYERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN, AND SHIPPED FROM, CHINA. It is now June 2 and we have no idea when to expect delivery. My advice to U.S. customers is BUY AMERICAN!

Have almost all the sizes of harness. Love them. So easy to put on a wiggly puppy.
