I love the harness I purchased, the wait time was really long in getting it due to covid-19 almost two months. But whenever I checked the progress with their sales team they were always very friendly and quick with responding. In the end it was worth the wait.

We have an 85 lb German Shepherd long hair. We needed a strong well made XXLharness for her. Fits great and she slipped her head right in with just a minor adjustment. We used the app After Ship to track it. It was 16 days counting weekends. We were able to see every step along the way. The longest was US customs. This app works with the shipping company. It was worth the wait. It is hard to find Harnesses of this size in petco etc. We are pleased with our purchase. I was worried after reading some of the reviews. We had no problems.

Do not order from this company! They pay people to put forth good reviews! I ordered 2 harnesses over a month ago and still have not received them! Worst experience I have ever had! No customer service line just an email with people who will not give you a straight forward answer!

The harness came in maybe about 3 weeks after the order date. But it was totally worth the wait. At first glance it looks like great quality and the design is beautiful. It's beautiful and it is made from great quality. I'm sure it's going to last. We love it for him and it looks great !! Totally worth it. And it sure does help with him pulling he walks better and much slower. Awesome purchase. Thank you!!

I bought two harnesses for my labradors well over 6 months ago now. I honestly don’t often write reviews, but every time I put these harnesses on my kids (dog kids), I make a comment to myself about how great they are. I was sceptical in buying as the ad came up on Facebook and that’s often a warning sign. Couldn’t be happier though. Very well made, solid harnesses and incredibly easy to put on - which is a true blessing when you have two very excited labs jumping up and down. Walking the pups is a pleasure. My 2yo boy still pulls, but not half as much. Names and contact details printed on them, bright colours and a strong ‘grab’ handle on the top of the harness, which is great if you need to quickly yank your pup away from danger for any reason. Yes, the shipping takes a very long time, but I was prepared for that so it wasn’t an issue
