I ordered a Doggy Kingdom harness on April 14 for our new dog. Since then I have had several communications with the company as the harness has not yet arrived as of June 2. Using their tracking number I was able to discover that it had cleared customs a week ago. We have still not received anything and the tracking doesn't seem to work. I can't say anything for the product but if you need a harness in less than 2 months I would look somewhere else. The harness did arrive and works as promised. Just slow to get here

I ordered a personalized harness from Doggykingdom for my dog, Capt. Jack. He had neck issues and his collar was causing him pain. Unfortunately, Capt. Jack's health declined and before the harness arrived, he passed away. I contacted the company to cancel the order and they informed me it had already been processed and could not be cancelled. However, they promptly refunded my purchase and said I didn't need to worry about returning the harness. I could donate it as I see fit. They offered condolences and stood behind their refund policy The did the right thing! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the shipping took so long. As of this review, the harness has still not arrived.

Love the product but only complaint is the amount of time it takes to get it. I have ordered twice from company but first time it took 23 days and this time I still have yet to receive and its been 14 days since I ordered the product!

I will change this if they fix the issue but this is pretty comical.... took almost 2 months to get. I ordered two so it was like $80 Deltas is good but Günthers lol says G nther. I checked, I typed it correctly and, I have a receipt that says it’s correct. I emailed them with no response as of yet.

I love the harnesses they are great and very stylish.I also love the customer service response that is giving when I Expressed my situation that I my self did not follow up correctly.im here to stay a customer.thank you and I will continue to support you guys.ive just received another harness and I will get another one I like to have two at a time..

Quality products at a Great price! Would recommend Doggykingdom to anyone for their pet...
