They are the very best people to work with! I ordered my first one and just loved it! Somehow the buckle broke so I contacted them and sent a picture. No problem I was told we will send out a new one as they have a lifetime guarantee. Due to the coronavirus it did take some time and a couple of messages back and forth but they always responded very quickly. I just love my harness and will buy from them again! Awesome products and customer service! I definitely recommend if you are in need of a harness look no further than Doggy Kingdom!

Love the product!! I actually bought 2 harnesses for my golden retrievers. They especially work very well with my 13 month old puppy. My only complaint was that it took a very very long time to be delivered and communication about delivery was very scarce.

I should have read the reviews! BEWARE!!!!! I called to cancel the order and they told me that the harness had been made and shipped. However on there website it still shows processing. David just kept giving me scripts after scripts. They create a shipping label as soon as they process your payment so they can say its been shipped. They have a no return policy only store credit. Think hard if you want to order here.

It took longer than expected but the dog harness finally arrived. I'd suggest having someone actively monitor their support email rather than send out a form letter when someone inquires about their order.

Love my dogs harness, love having her name on it and my number for much easier access too if she runs off and somebody can see it. Customer service was amazing and quick as well.

I got two harnesses for two different breeds. American bulldog & lab(7yrs) than my pit(5yrs). They both needed them and they are perfect also they both get so happy to wear them. Thank you so much!

My dog just recieved her harness in the mail, she loves it. It is super easy to put on and well made. I also love the face the name and number are on both sides of the harness just in case she runs off.
