I have a 75lb pit bull that I have to walk with a prong collar to control his pulling and lunging, so today I thought I would try the harness. I can truly say it was the best walk I have had in the last year and a half. If you are thinking of getting one don't even hesitate you will not regret it. I am not a person who gives reviews, but I was so impressed with this harness I just had to.

My first order took 3 1/2 weeks to receive. There is no way to track it even though I paid for the higher shipping. My second order I have been going back and forth with them for weeks because I still have not received my order. They said it must have gotten lost and said they would resend it out. I had to keep sending emails. Supposedly it shipped over a week ago, and I still do not have it and I still cannot track it. All it says is shipped. I asked if they would send it over night because of the huge inconvenience and they did not or even reply to my response. Poor customer service. It's a shame because the product (harness) is a nice product.

I ordered the wrong size of the (supposedly) custom made dog hardness. When we received it the harness was not personally personalize the Velcro patch that was attached to the hardness was. I informed doggy kingdom that I will return the smaller size for the large size and also pay the difference for the larger size. They sad that it was a personalized purchased and cannot be exchanged. I don't know they wouldn't make a customer happy and just exchange it but they refused and try to make me purchase another one with a 40% discount. GTFOOH!!! Fair warning. Don't fall for this scam. You can easily purchase a personalize patch and sew it on to your pets harness for much cheaper.
