I ordered the harness last summer. Loved it until the D ring broke when we were out for a walk. Emailed pictures to them on April 21st they responded that they would send me a replacement. I was very Happy with them but it's now June 17th and I still have not received replacement. I have email them many times and on May 9th a mailing label was printed but it never shows it was mailed. Everytime I email them they give me that number. I have given up and I will order from a different company. I would have been a longtime customer but will never order from them again. If you get your harness don't brake it because they won't replace it. Try a different company.

I really liked the harness we bought for our Lab, Bailey. It fit great and us very easy to put on her. Best if all she isn't pulling me as much, as she is very strong.

These are the best! Easy to adjust, easy to put on, durable and super cute!! I highly recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed! Great customer service, super friendly and helpful!

My dogs new harness is well made and comfortable. It is so easy to put on, this is what attracted me to this harness in the first place. It did not disappoint! I would definitely buy another harness and other high quality items from this company.

This is a great company! I ordered a harness for my dog and loved it. great quality. My dog has been in training so i use the pull harness alot. He is very strong. it came unsewn a little. i emailed them to see if they could resew it a little stronger and they sent me a whole new one! They responded right away! they said it was life time warranty!I felt bad because it was my fault by over pulling it. They went way over & beyond! I will recommend this company & harness to everyone!

Wonderful customer service and quality attractive products. Prices are great and lifetime guaranty. I would highly recommend and will purchase more in the future.
