This is my final formal notice before legal escalation. Your platform marked my withdrawal of $941.08 (Transaction ID: pyt_0Ne59VfuyZBloMWhrBIKL) as “sent” on May 4, 2026, yet I still have not received the funds or any legitimate banking proof confirming the transfer. My account successfully passed full verification, my business is legally operating under a registered LLC, and any unjustified holding of merchant funds or failure to provide transparent transfer evidence raises serious compliance and legal concerns. I am demanding immediately: * Official transfer proof (MT103 / Wire Receipt / Trace ID) * Full sending bank information * A clear explanation for the delay * The exact settlement timeline If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed without further notice with: * Formal complaints to financial regulators and compliance authorities * Banking fraud and dispute escalation procedures * Legal action supported by transaction records, account history, and business documentation * Public exposure of this situation to warn other merchants and businesses I am fully prepared to escalate this matter through every available legal and financial channel until my funds are recovered in full.

Hi, We understand the legal framing, but this review omits critical context. Your payout was not withheld without cause. Following a review of your transaction activity, we identified violations of our Merchant Acceptance Policy. As a result, your account was offboarded and the payout was cancelled. The funds are under a standard 120-day hold - a requirement under card network rules to account for dispute and chargeback exposure, which was already present on your account. A registered LLC and completed verification do not exempt a merchant from ongoing compliance obligations. Account approval is not a guarantee of continued access if policy violations occur. The hold is a documented, policy-driven process - not an arbitrary or improper action. Characterizing it as banking fraud or fund withholding is inaccurate and does not reflect the facts of your case. Team Dodo Payments
