A scam. Spent $59 for the dermatologist to tell me to see another dermatologist. Requested medical records and no answer with follow up for over 3 weeks. Still nothing. Super frustrating. Update: Jared M reached out. Offered to send medical records. Still have not received them. Also, no refund. No receipt of payment as requested. Update #2: Still waiting for medical records and payment refund
