The doctor was very involved and reached out to me a few times after initial diagnosis. Although I had to go to urgent care and another Detmatologist because the issue got worse, I understand that an in person appointment is needed for a definitive diagnosis

As someone who just recently came into a situation where I was currently looking for new health insurance but needed help for my eczema fast, this place exceeded my standards! Not only was the process super simple, I did it on my hour lunch break from work, but I got prescription sent to my pharmacy within the same day ready to pick up the next day. Though the prescriptions were a bit expensive this was still an absolute blessing for my hands and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The doctor was informative, detailed and efficient. Would certainly be willing to use this service again. Only issue was that we never got the actual message form the doctor, but the care message team was able to forward me the message.

Inputting information was seamless. The email I received from the dr was very descriptive. And did respond within 24 hours. The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star because I was prescribed topical medicine, I have used this medicine before so I am sure I will have to have another appointment with the dr again soon.
