The website is misleading
The website is misleading. It states: "How It Works: Submit your dermatology symptoms and get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions by this time tomorrow." But this is simply not an honest representation. If the MD feels like saying, "We need your vitals, so you need an in-person appointment," then they've broken their promise. I do understand that an MD's saying that is reasonable sometimes. What is not reasonable is that the website makes a promise it can't keep, takes your money, and then does nothing for you.
