Incredible customer service!!

Customer service is absolutely top notch. You just don't encounter such as this nowadays and if you do..., it's rare indeed. Had an expensive set of tires (along with other items included in order) shipped to me. Waited a month or so before I swapped out the tires however. I noticed a bubble on the sidewall that concerned me after install and inflation. Never had a bubble in sidewall of tire in 40 plus years of w/c's. I called about it a week later and spoke with Dave. Even though it was over a month after receiving these tires, it did not seem to matter to him. I sent a few photos of bubble and he immediately sent out a replacement tire. Told me to keep the defective one too. I don't think any other vendor would have been so accommodating. In fact, I'm pretty sure of this. DME Hub is my go to vendor from now on and I hope they are successful and only grow with time, for I would hate to try and find such a satisfying company to deal with if they were not around.

The staff are always so helpful and patient with me to figure out the parts I need, even how to install them. They are such experts. I highly recommend DME Hub!
