I needed to order some brakes for my wheelchair. They asked me what serial number it was which at the time I didn't even know I had a serial number for my wheelchair. He told me where to locate it at I gave him the number and he pulled up all the information from when I was in the hospital in St Louis Missouri. So they knew exactly what wheelchair I had and what parts were on it. It was quick and easy and things were mailed ASAP. Just wanted to say thanks for helping me learn something and that why you needed my serial number was so that you could send me the correct parts. I would suggest always ordering from the DME so that you know you're getting the correct parts. Thanks a bunch. Steve
