Outstanding customer service! When I placed my order I asked for overnight delivery. They called with a quote and mentioned that the tool set that I picked may not work for my wife’s wheelchair. He said that the s/n indicates that is metric and I picked an imperial tool set. So before sending the order he was able to change the tool kits. He was also able to confirm that the parts that I bought would work with the chair and other parts in the order. After everything was confirmed I received the package the next morning.

It was easy to find and order the tire part I needed. Shipping was super fast, too.
