I honestly was a little skeptical about this website just because of all the fraud out there, but it was a wonderful experience! Since the moment I called and spoke to the gentleman, he was kind and professional. He helped me place my order over the phone. He even looked up my specific wheelchair and ordered the parts that were for it from tilite. We received all our parts very quickly. 2 weeks tops. Very grateful for their generous help and understanding my skepticism. Hope this helps anyone who is in the position I was in.

I wasn't sure which brake I needed. I called and the person I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated his help. I had order a brake through a different company and I will just say it was less than a good experience. I will be ordering more items from you guys.
