Quick and easy

We were looking to replace a Tilite wheelchair for our son. I contacted Dave from DME and it was the best experience ever. We ended up finding the previous Serial Number after being on the phone for over 1 hour. He never once made me feel rushed, but he was patient, explaining measurements, parts, etc. I wanted to wait to write this review until I actually received the wheelchair. There were no surprises, no delays. I received the email (like promised) once the wheelchair was manufactured, I received the tracking information and it actually came a day earlier. I can only say the best for DME Hub. No surprises, no additional problems...everything went smooth and hopefully they will be around in about 18 years when we need the next wheelchair. Thank you so much.

Great fast delivery and best pricing

I’ve been trying to get a pouch for under the seat of my wheelchair that won’t wear out after a week for months now. I’ve gone through 3 in the last 3 months. The first one lasted 2 weeks. The previous ones were a cheap version purchased from another company who didn’t offer this robust one I just got from DME. I now finally have one that I can tell is gonna last a long time. Thank you for providing a great solution in this Advantage Jr. under seat pouch. You will be my primary provider from here out for purchases like this. GREAT job!!!
