They started out telling me that the order was shipped and after 3 weeks I checked in since it was never delivered. The shipment was not correct and they corrected it immediately and I got it within a week. The product is exactly what I needed and expected so overall they would of gotten 5 stars but because I had to wait so long it they got 4 stars.

Really appreciated David's attention to detail with regards to building my new wheelchair. He sent me the factory order form and we went over each piece and he defined clearly the different options. My other three chairs have all been covered by insurance. And we all know how cheap insurance companies are in the fact that they will not cover anything premium in a ultralight wheelchair. Insurance wants to go the cheapest way possible. Finally got the money up to build the premium ultralight wheelchair I've always wanted. Much appreciated the patience David. Making sure we got it right. Can't wait to spin the new "dream chair"
