The website was great and helpful. But my order was over a week ago and I still have not received any shipping or tracking info. After spending over 1200 dollars it’s be nice to have some info.

DME Hub was excellent to work with from the purchase to completion. Our experience started with an online order that DME Hub followed up on to make sure of the quantity we needed. The order shipped that day and arrived well package a few days later. Unfortunately, the information we had received from our chair manufacturer wasn't correct for the size of the product we ordered. DME Hub was quick to reply to my email and helped us determine the correct size. We purchased it and we received it a few days later. We haven't completed the return process yet, but I am expecting it to go as smoothly as everything else. Working with DME Hub has been refreshing because we do not have a reliable mobility company locally and making repairs ourselves seems to be our best option. With this experience we highly recommend DME Hub and we will purchase from them again when the need arises.

I've only ordered through DME Hub twice, but both experiences were excellent. I am glad to have this option available when insurance issues get in the way of using my assigned DME provider per my insurance. I will gladly continue shopping here and can strongly recommend the service they have provided

I placed an order for an item that was not on the website over the phone. The phone operator was extremely helpful and thorough. I received my order promptly.

DME Hub is always responsive and helpful when contacted. I needed a bolt and lock washer for front fork on wheelchair and Dave worked with me to get the right size bolt.

Tyler gave me a lot of details about the FreeWheel I intended to purchase. As always, he is very patient and answered all my questions, and said that I can call anytime if I have more questions or technical issues.
