I was looking for a stronger sideguard for my KiMobility wheelchair, and was hoping that the TiLite carbon fiber sideguards would be suitable. When I placed the order online, Tyler called me and asked for more information about my wheelchair and what I was looking for, and then checked the fittings of the TiLite sideguards to see if they would fit my chair. When he realised they wouldn't, he suggested the KiMobility aluminum ones instead and changed my order to those. They were much cheaper too! My order arrived quickly and they were the perfect fit. Very happy with my experience and will be buying other items from DME Hub.

the old bearing was wore out so I got new 6in casters. I tried the plastic ones this time. I ordered the new ones and they got here quickly before the older ones collasped. they fit well and now I want to change the bearing in the old wheels

I am very happy with all your services except for one. thing. I think you should allow more time for customer to receive item before requesting a review. I've had two or three request but my item was delivered only on Friday. I wanted to wait and actually receive the item before giving you a review. Thank you .
