Communication is poor, and i have still not received what I bought

Never received product it’s been two weeks and haven’t gotten any updates. No answer to phones or emails.

A part on my husbands wheelchair broke. The local dealer explained with paperwork and everything we would be looking a a month or so. We called DME Hub. They knew exactly what we need. It was custom cut and bent to his spec and we had it in less than a week! Very happy to work with them.

It's all good item came fast and it good shape.
