Very low quality on price ratio
The editing of my research proposal was very superficial (very few corrections). I had chosen « Editing and Feedback » (the most expensive option), but I received just a few general feedback comments which were not at all useful. I claimed a discount to compensate the lack of work done on my manuscript, but the editor refused.

We made 1,003 tracked changes to this 12-page document. We provided over 31 detailed comments, as well as a one-page, detailed analysis of the issues in the document. We followed up with the client to ask if there were any specific concerns or additional questions he had so that we could address them, to which he did not respond. There was no lack of work done. We have been providing high-quality editing and proofreading services since 2008. We made every correction we saw to make, gave every comment we saw to give, and provided a detailed analysis to cover the additional issues we found. And we offered a 10% discount off his next submission.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, it helps me a lot as a non-native English speaking, it also helps me a lot in communicating my intends and things I want to explain to the admission committee. They are also on time in returning my documents. One more thing, fast in response. DLA Editor is recommended.

Excellent Company
Excellent Company! Definitely improved my personal statement and application. The price is steep and the surcharge for "peak season" is annoying. They provide individualized editing and have a lot of experience.

The peak season surcharge is one we needed to implement starting a few years ago, when as a small editing team, we found ourselves overwhelmed with personal statements, ERAS applications, LORs and MSPEs. We knew that if we didn't do something, we would no longer be able to devote the personal attention we do as a team on every document our clients give us to review. At the same time, we wanted to show our clients that we stand fully by our work, and so also started our Get Matched or Get Money Back! program. It's not a refund, and does not cover 100% of the fee, of course, since there are elements of the application that are outside our control, but it does show you that we are fully committed to your application for medical residency.

Outstanding Work.
I had both David and Terry review my CV, personal statement, and ERAS application. They did a phenomenal job with all of my projects and I am more than satisfied with the final products. As a team the DLA editors do a great job of communicating with you and critiquing your work in a way that allows you to express yourself in a clear, concise, and elegant manner. I would highly suggest this team to anyone who is struggling to start or finish any of the previously mentioned projects.

Very poor service
Very poor service. I pay extra for same day or next day. The latter was not appear for use I could not but voice purpose. There was still miss typed words that were spelled incorrect. I sent you an email in reference to a refund and never got a response back. I will never use your services again ever.
